4. Personalized orders are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or discount upon the order confirmation.

5. All orders are COD ONLY and the payment is collected upon the order submission.

HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Click below to download and access our full personalized catalogue with all our styles and wholesale pricing. Note: Will only work if you are logged into your account.

Step 2: Click Here to download our fillable PDF Order Form, Be sure to double-check your submission before sending it to [email protected], as when it comes to personalized jewellery there is no room for error.

Step 3: Email your completed order form to [email protected] and we will confirm your order via email or phone.

Step 4: We will charge you a 50% deposit for your order as we start processing it for production.

PLEASE NOTE:
As Sterling Silver prices can shift with the market, the prices in our catalogue may vary from time to time. To make sure you have the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, we recommend reaching out to us with the item codes before placing your order. We're happy to confirm everything for you!
All orders are submitted for manufacturing every Friday. As such, the 15 days processing time will start the Friday you submit your order. If Friday falls on a holiday, the order will be submitted on Thursday. Orders placed before Friday will not be submitted earlier. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will not be added to the already submitted order.
