SHIPPING
We offer standard and express shipping on all orders shipped to Canada and internationally. We're working closely with our shipping partners and carriers to ensure your HOJ's package can reach you as quickly as possible.
All packages are sent FOB SHIPPING and we use the following shipping methods:
- Canada Post (Regular Parcel, Expedited, XpressPost)
- United Parcel Services (UPS)
- FedEx
- Purolator
- Canpar
- DHL
Please specify your preferred shipping method when placing your order. Shipping charges are dictated by the weight, size and speed of shipping method chosen. A nominal handling charge is applied on all orders. Please note that shipping pricing may vary.
House of Jewellery has the right to make it mandatory for the customer to add insurance to the shipment depending on the value of the package or destination. If you decide to waive the insurance option, please specify upon order completion. Please note that any lost package in which the buyer has waived the insurance option is NOT the responsibility of House of Jewellery.

All first-time orders are shipped COD. If you wish to apply for credit, please download and fill in the credit application and return it to us by either email ([email protected]) or fax (416) 368-0007. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the application to be processed. Once approved, you will be eligible to get terms based on our understanding of your credit worthiness. BACKORDER
A backorder status means that we do not have enough inventory to fill your order at this time. We expect the next shipment from our supplier soon, but some orders may take up to 4-6 weeks. As soon as the shipment arrives, we will work our best to have your backorder shipped out to you. Please note, you will also be able to view the estimated arrival date on the product page.
Please note that backordered items are shipped separately and with FREE SHIPPING. Some terms and conditions apply.

RETURN
At House of Jewellery, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a defective item, we offer replacements or refunds within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please visit the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) section on your account profile on our website. Alternatively, you can complete the RMA form and email to [email protected]. When returning defective items, make sure the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the front of the package. Once we receive your return, our team will guide you through the next steps.

- PLEASE NOTE: ANY PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MAY BE DENIED.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as 10K Solid Gold Permanent Chains and Special Orders or Personalized items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or discount upon the order confirmation as they are FINAL SALE.
